BAPSI on Udayana University Organizational Structure

Based on the Decree of Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture, number: 0199/O/1995, dated 1985 18 November, about Udayana University Organization and Worker system (OTK), Bureau Administration of Planning and Information Systems ones of the bureau of the 4 (four) Bureau in Udayana University and  main tasks and functions (tupoksi) are responsible with the Rector through coordination and under the Vice Rector of Academic and Planning (PR I) and Vice Rector of Cooperation and Information Systems (PR IV).

Bureau of Planning Administration and Information Systems headed by a Chief of Bureau, and consists of two (2) Sections, i.e. Administration Planning and Information Systems Section, and each of that chaired by the Head of Department.

Planning Section consists of two (2) Sub-Section of Sub Division of Academic Planning and Sub-Division of Physical Planning, which led respectively by the Head of Sub-Section. Each Head Subagian above has 2 (two) executive staff.

Section Information System consists of two (2) : Sub-Section Data and Information Service Sub-section, each headed by the Head of Sub-Section.
